A British woman discovered a ‘time capsule’ under the floorboards of her own home

One of the prospective buyers said that she had previously lived in her house and that since 1890 various people had put items in a box stored under the floorboards. The owner examined the floorboards and indeed found a ‘time capsule’ under one of them that contained a 1901 penny, a hat, a letter, cigarettes, a Bible, a CD and a newspaper from 2007.
