What foods should you exclude from your diet if you are allergic to pollen?

Allergies to birch, alder or hazel pollen can cause cross-allergies:

stone fruits (plums, peaches, apricots, cherries, cherries, cherries, olives, olives);
apples;
pears;
kiwis;
nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds);
herbs and spices (celery, dill, cary, anise, cumin);
carrots.

Also, some people have a reaction to potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.

When allergic to pollen of cereal grasses:

beer; kvass;
corn;
soya, beans, peanuts;
sorrel;
foods that include cereals (oats, wheat, rye, barley).
Also, some people have a reaction to strawberries/earthberries and citrus fruits.
